Definitely worth the wait
Took two weeks to come out to my house, but when the associate made it out he was very professional. also answered all of my daughters questions about what bugs she was going to get to keep. Less then one hour after first Application we could walk our yard with no bugs jumping up. We havent seen any mosquitoes or gotten bit. Definitely worth the wait

My yard
My yard was not in to good of shape before Tru-Green started to work on it. We had used another well known company to try and restore our yard a couple of years ago and they failed miserably. Needless to say Tru-Green has really turned around my yard, it is really green, healthy, growing at a great rate and has filled in beautfully. The technicians are very helpful, resourceful, and pleasant people to talk with to resolve my yard problems.Thank you so much Tru-Green you made a believer out of me.

Sure is a lot better
Sure is a lot better than trying to do it yourself. One couple stopped by and said it looked like a golf green, wanted to know what I was putting on it. I told them that TRUGREEN lawn care out of Alcoa did all the work. THANKS

Since having your company

I would tell any potential
"I would tell any potential customers that I have bee a very tough customer for TruGreen. When we purchased our home, we thought our builder was going to landscape... didn't happen. We called TruGreen and they transformed our ""mud hole into a lawn. Our neighbors noticed the transformation everyday as they drove by. We started receiving compliments on our lawn! I couldn't believe it, they we talking about my lawn!!! I was not a patient customer and every time I voiced a concern, TruGreen responded. We now actually have a lawn and enjoy it every day! Thanks TruGreen!"

TruGreen goes after problems
TruGreen goes after problems and try their hard and do their best to keep customers happy. They know their business and they do job thoroughly. My lawn had big patches of dry spots and they came and fixed it I am very happy with the result and I will continue their service with pride that I am in good hands.

Service Tech very professional
Service Tech very professional and sprayed my lawn on 02/27/18 with fertilizer / pre-emergent solution. My lawn still has numerous areas of broad leaf, crab grass, dandelion and chickweed growth that has not shown any effect from spraying over 21 days ago. Would like Service Tech or TruGreen local rep revisit my yard to view areas and correct.

My lawn.

Staff is always courteous and knowledgeable. I feel free to contact the main office whenever I have an issue or want to change the timing of my scheduled services. They have always been great to work with me. My yard always looks great and has many admirers. I get compliments all the time about my "carpet" of green grass.

Other than
Other than a few missed services, which now seems to have been corrected, the guys from Tru Green have done well. All have been pleasant to speak with when I’ve been home during services & our yard seems to be doing better overall this year. Clover & wild violets unfortunately still going strong, but I understand they are difficult to irradicate. Hopefully the progress will continue through the winter months & yield better results next spring.
